are configured with static WEP/WPA keys - Wi-Manx can implement a solution that implements the 802.1x Wireless Standard. Static WEP and MAC address security is trivial to crack
on most busy business networks which is why we recommend utilising WPA coupled with a form of EAP.
With 802.1x, encryption keys can be dynamically generated, key exchange is secure and all access to the network can be audited and monitored. The technology
integrates well into a variety of systems including Microsoft Windows Active Directory, ODBC databases, RADIUS and Directory (LDAP) servers.
